Our Client Coordinator and Administrator brings over two years of experience in client onboarding, administration, and business management. Known for her compassionate heart, exceptional organization, and dedication to serving others, she is committed to making every family’s experience welcoming, seamless, and supportive.
With over six years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), our CEO and Clinical Director has built a reputation for clinical excellence, compassionate leadership, and outstanding client outcomes. As a bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking professional, she has successfully led teams of more than 23 staff members while creating family-centered programs that help children thrive through individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy.
Serving as our Administrator, Staff Files Coordinator, and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), she combines administrative expertise with hands-on experience supporting children receiving ABA services. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with families, maintaining quality and compliance, and ensuring every step of the enrollment and care process is smooth, supportive, and stress-free.
